Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Online Payment Integration Specialist to join our team and enhance the functionality of our WordPress website by seamlessly integrating online payment systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating secure and efficient online transactions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assessment and Planning: Evaluate the current website structure and identify opportunities for integrating online payment systems effectively.
Selecting Payment Gateway: Research, select, and recommend suitable payment gateway(s) that align with the needs and objectives of M.A Bhatti Law.
Integration: Implement and integrate the chosen payment gateway(s) into the WordPress website, ensuring seamless functionality across all relevant pages and sections.
Customization: Customize the payment integration process to reflect the branding and user experience standards of M.A Bhatti Law, including checkout forms, confirmation pages, and email notifications.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the payment integration to identify and resolve any bugs, errors, or inconsistencies. Ensure compatibility with different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
Security Compliance: Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive financial information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as PCI DSS.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation outlining the payment integration process, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders, including staff members responsible for managing online transactions, to ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting.
Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of the payment integration regularly, analyze transaction data, and identify areas for optimization or enhancement to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in implementing and integrating online payment systems, preferably within the WordPress environment.
Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Strong understanding of payment gateway APIs, protocols, and security standards.
Familiarity with popular payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.Net, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Prior experience working in the legal or professional services industry (preferred but not required).
