Training Within the Industry is a set learning discipline that enables people doing work to effectively create, improve training, and sustain standard work themselves. TWI is being re-born as a proven structured approach to sustain continuous improvement.

In these sessions supervisors, managers, and lead people will learn:

• How to build positive employee relations, increasing cooperation and motivation, and effectively resolve conflicts
• Emphasizes that people must be treated as individuals to provide a foundation for developing and maintaining good relations to prevent problems from arising
• Help supervisors to handle problems by gathering and weighing facts before taking action
