Hear real solutions that can be used long after the luncheon ends.
Building a Community Talent Pipeline
Today’s talent market is more competitive than ever. Learn from colleagues across the industry who have created a competitive advantage around hiring and recruitment. Discover approaches to sourcing historically untapped talent and gain insight on how to make advances in your organization.
Education: The Implementation of HB 3296
It is important now more than ever that employers establish relationships with their local school districts with the goal of developing their future workforce. The recent passage of HB 3296 provides a key opportunity for employers to establish touch points within their local school districts specifically as it relates to career and technical education (CTE) programming. This panel will feature experts that have worked to establish those relationships and develop a school to career workforce pipeline.
Company Culture can attract or deter talent. Good company culture cultivates engagement, innovation, and meaningful contributions from your employees. Manufacturers across Illinois share insights on how they brought meaning, purpose, and value to their employees. Listen to their strategies for onboarding, career development, and retention and learn how they helped their employees’ overcome obstacles so they could bring their best self to work.
Where Can Employers Go from Here?
IMEC’s journey map goes beyond diversity and inclusion to elevate company culture and drive advancements across organizations. Hear from a panel of expert employers that have innovative recommendations and tools for use in your own company.
A Chance to come away with New Ideas, Connections and Inspiration.
