With 30 years of experience, Stacey has provided coaching, consulting, and industry training for a variety of sectors, specializing in leadership, management, sales, and team development. For the past 11 years, she has focused on creating and facilitating leadership and sales programs, coach-the-coach development opportunities, as well as introducing customer experience maps and process improvement endeavors related to strategic initiatives. She has helped put in motion a strategic project focusing on voice of customer, analysis of Net Promoter Score metrics, and creating service excellence standards to help lead a significant organizational culture shift focusing on customer-centricity. Stacey has a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Illinois-Springfield, is a Certified Presence-Based Leadership Coach, and holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma as a Green Belt.
