Illinois’ New Paid Leave Law: What Every Manufacturer Needs to Know

While the law will not require employers who already offer employees 40 hours of leave each year to modify their existing leave allotments of paid time off, there are still rough waters to navigate in order to ensure your business complies with the new law.
Key mandates include:
- Posting requirements
- Record keeping mandates
- Carryover allowances
- Anti-retaliation provisions
