The US Department of Transportation requires Hazardous Material training initially – within 90 days of employment – and every three years thereafter for any person whose job directly affects the safe transportation of a hazardous material (HazMat).

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Daniel Stoehr is the Owner and Training Services Provider for Daniels Training Services. He has over twenty years of experience with the EPA hazardous waste and the DOT HazMat Employee regulations. As an employee of Laidlaw Environmental Services, Daniel was subject to these regulations on a daily basis and received regular training as a HazMat Employee and Hazardous Waste Personnel. As an employee of Fehr-Graham and Associates, it was his responsibility to provide consulting and training services on a wide range of subjects to a variety of industrial facilities.
