Stopped functioning and no response from devs

    This form integration was working previously, I have it on 4 websites and it has randomly stopped functioning on only some of these websites. All day long of troubleshooting, and still no fixes. Really poorly maintained

    Hi,
    Firstly, sorry for the trouble you faced. Mautic has changed its API connection process; that’s why the plugin has stopped working. The issue has been fixed with the latest release (v1.0.4). Please check now and let us know the update.

    I updated both Fleunt Forms to the latest release 5.1.0 and also this plugin to 1.0.4, the issue persists.

    Form > Settings & Integrations > Configure Integrations > Other Fields > Field Label does not populate with a dropdown list. This was functioning previously.

    I even created new API keys (as you mentioned Mautic changed its API connection process) and even though I was able to validate the connection successfully, this Field Label dropdown does not allow me to select from my custom fields, where it used to work in the past.

    Hi,
    Sorry for the trouble you are facing. I have just tested Mautic from my side and am getting all custom fields under the Contact object in the Other Field’s dropdown. I guess you are facing a site-specific issue on your end. It will be better to create a support ticket on the support portal to analyze the problem more closely.
