I am the administrator of the website and the version of WordPress and all the plugins is the latest, but I am having some problems with the folders.

The “sub-folders” are not visible in the directory! I have some “sub-folders” created but they do not appear (they do exist and there are documents saved but they are not visible). Image of the problem: https://ja.cat/imatgeproblema

I can’t delete folders either (as in this case https://buddypress.org/support/topic/cant-delete-folders/).
