Plugin doesn’t work with Profile pages in Archy Theme, I’ve reported the issue but theme developers or plugin’s developers gave me a valid answer or a fix for the problem. It’s disappointing.

1. As far as I see the last ticket you opened in this forum is more than 3 years old and doesn’t concern Polylang: https://wordpress.org/support/users/aleare/topics/. So there no luck that someone could help you here.
2. I discover the existence of the Archy theme and as far as I see it’s a Premium theme https://themeforest.net/item/archy-architecture/46087384. So it’s very improbable that someone would purchase the theme to help you.
