• I have tried to purchase the pro version, and I could not, the website reads: Unable to complete your request. Please try again. Is this seriously the only way I can contact support? The money has already left my account, yet on your end nothing happened? What kind of service is this? How am I supposed to receive the product or refund?

    No it’s not the only way you can contact the support. In fact it’s even a wrong way as the rules of this forum disallow the support of commercial products.
    I invite you to contact the Polylang Pro support using https://polylang.pro/support/. It’s also accessible from all pages by clicking on the “Support” menu item then the “Submit a support request” button.

    Sure, this is the error message that comes up when you try to contact them. So just to be clear, there is no way to contact this company? I will have to wait 14 days for my bank to issue me a refund? ‘The technical support is available only to users having a valid licence key. For our free products, please use the support forum on wordpress.org.
    We can answer questions in English and in French. Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM CET (UTC+1 / UTC+2 in summer).’

    Hello,

    Yes. The technical support is available only to users having a valid license key. You don’t have a technical issue, but a payment issue.

    I pointed you to this support form because this is the right way to contact the Polylang Pro team. There a options for non-technical issues. For example, you can select “I have a question about my account”.
