Non-commercial website misclassified as commercial

    Hello there, I’m managing the website for a non profit organisation but for some mysterious reason the website is misclassified as a commercial site (although we do not engage in any kind of commercial business, following our Statute and Regulations).
    As our website is classified for commercial use, we cannot use the stats page anymore.
    I tried to rectify this but support is (again) stating we are a commercial business, which is simply not true!
    Can anybody help me, please??

    Hello there – for some reason, your site is not opening on our side. Could you please check once with your hosting provide if your site is down or not working for some reasons?

    I see your site is now accessible again. I was able to review it and can confirm that it is for non-commercial use only and therefore qualifies for our Free Stats plan.
