“Loading” circle keeps on running

    I have installed the WP Rollback plugin today to solve an issue I am having with the Jetpack plugin.
    When I click on “rollback” from the Jetpack plugin menu (and all other plugins too), the “loading” circle goes endless and I cannot get any further.

    I have cleared cache of the site several times too but it does not seem to work.

    Is there any troubleshooting info to help solve this?
