Hi I updated to the latest version 6 min ago and it gave me a fatal error. I deactivated the plugin by renaming the plugin directory, because you loose access to admin.

Dependency fail. Sorry I didn’t copy the error.!

It’s the same for us like @feastdesignco , and automatic update of this plugin is activated on all our websites (more than 100)…

I hope you ‘ll find a quick solution to stop websites hang one by one… That’s the very first time it happens to this great plugin, I’m sure it will be fixed very soon !

Having the same issue here after the fix release. Lost all access to admin. Resolved by deactivating plugin via cPanel.

    Oh dear, same here.
Can you stop it, so ther are no more crashes?

Same here, 3.16.1 crashing as well.

Ditto 3.16.1 crashing with the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "QM_Activation" not found in /home/finrsk/merrillscoins.com/wp-content/plugins/query-monitor/query-monitor.php:58

Okay I’ve shipped 3.16.2 with a further fix. It looks like the previous fix was dependent on another plugin being present which also included a Composer autoloader.

I am going to kill this Composer autoloader in the next release because it’s proven to not be reliable within the unpredictable WordPress ecosystem.

    Version 3.16.2 is working.

Thanks for the fast turn around!

Working fine now for me. Thank you!

    Works! Thanks!

    Working now! Thanks!

Working now. Thank you for the quick fix with 3.16.2.

I can confirm, it’s working now, thanks a lot @johnbillion for the quick fix !!!

Longue vie à Query Monitor !!!! As we say in french !

Plugin crashed my website! Just remove it and come back online.
