This editor has had its rough edges, but over the past six months the code and the community around it has come together SO much. It opens up possibilities for content that really weren’t possible before, and the user experience writing in it is pleasant. Still a new interface paradigm, and some of its features – especially the power user tools – are going to take a while to discover. But I trust that documentation and evangelism will continue to keep pace with the development. And from a developer standpoint, building a custom block is a much better experience than anything that was possible before with shortcodes or meta boxes.
