Error: 429. Too Many Requests

    My past few posts failed to tweet. I received the following error:

    “Error: 429. Too Many Requests”

    Any idea what the problem might be?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Twitter’s Free API access allows for 1,500 Tweets per month and 50 requests within a 24-hour period, It appears that you may have exceeded the daily limit of the Twitter API. I would suggest waiting for 24 hours before attempting to tweet again. Alternatively, you have the option to subscribe to the Basic or Pro access level of Twitter, which will provide you with a higher quota.
