    Hello,
I updated the plugin to 5.7.1 today. However, the calendar fields are not loading on the Event edit page. Moreover, when I add a new Event, the page does not load and it remains white (blank). I have the following console error.

Please note version 5.7.0 is running perfectly OK. No additional plugin was installed. The custom theme was not updated as well. With the same configuration the error pops up with version 5.7.1.

Uncaught type property: Cannot read property 'is_new_post' of undefined
Uncaught (in promise) Error: Block type 'tribe/eve-datetime' is not registered

    Hi there!

So are you saying that you only have The Events Calendar Installed when you say “No additional plugin was installed.?” If that is the case, then this is likely theme related, if you have a custom theme that has not been updated.

Can you revert to a default theme like 2019 or 2020 and see if the problem persists?

And could you please share your System Info by copy and pasting that info into your response: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/sharing-your-system-information/

    Hi again,

Apologies for the issue you both are facing, @ishikiriyama I want to ask you the same thing, are you only using The Events Calendar plugin, or do you have others installed? Do you also have any custom code or changes to your theme? Have you tested for a conflict aside from that?

If you both could paste your system info into a response or a txt file: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/sharing-your-system-information/ (You can redact any specific or sensitive info about your site, I just would like to see the plugins you have installed and your settings for TEC.)

    Hi @subrataemfluence, @tdorn ,

I have found one of the solutions.

If you check of the box of “Enable the Gutenberg block editor interface for creating events.”, so that WP don’t use block editor for new event post.

    The classic editor normaly work.

    Best regards,
    Ishikiriyama
