Developing local and publishing to live – the best way?

    Hi there,

    I’m looking for some advice on pushing a locally built site to live.

    I already know how to use XAMPP and work locally – however the AllInOnWP plugin is what I currently use to upload a site from local to live.

    What is the best way to publish a site from local to live, WITHOUT having to publish literally ALL files again – i.e. only submit the changes that have been made.

    Please give some assistance on this. Thankyou.
