Cover Block -> Heading Colors don’t work on front-end

6.4 introduced the ability to set H2, H3, etc specific heading colors on container blocks, such as Groups and Covers.
With TT3, they both work fine in the back-end, but Headings inside Cover blocks do not respect the rules on the front-end.
