The plugin should show all the available links on the Tools -> Broken Links and click the All tab on the top. That should show all the links that are detected by the plugin.

Thanks for the explanation.
I have installed the plugin and see that in one hour it has found only 1 link.
My website has 90 posts.
How long does it take to find all the links usually ?
After even 3 hours it says.
No broken links found.
No URLs in the work queue.
Detected 1 unique URL in 24 links.
I know I have more than 1 external link on my website.

New links are almost immediately, can you tell me where exactly these links are? Are they on the default posts/pages or any other post types or comments?
You could also configure where to search links on Settings->Link Checker -> Look for links in

I noticed that the plugin shows (counts/finds) the links that are added after the installation of the plugin.
I edited a previous post (that already had external links) and saved it. The plugin quickly found the links this time.
Is it supposed to work like that ? Or I am missing some settings.

No that’s not how to plugin is supposed to check the links.
It’s strange that it’s behaiving that way. Can you give me one example of what the links look like with the whole HTML format.
Additionally, you can also try and recheck all paged from Settings->Link Checker->Advanced

You can also check if the link type you’re looking to check is on this setting if not enable it so that plugin can find it.

I think you missed one initial check. Can you navigate to your site Dashbaord-> Settings-> Link Checker-> Which Links to check-> Link Type. Select all the options under Link Types. Please check the screenshot for the same.

I will deactivate the plugin and create a new link in old post and then activate the plugin and will share the screenshot to see if it finds the new link.
Now after doing the above and clicking check all pages again it has found all the links I guess. Strange though.

That’s really strange.
I couldn’t recreate your issue even though I tested everything.
It’s good to know that it’s finally working for you but if you could give any server configuration or any way to recreate this I’d be happy to fix that.
