Your question has little to do with WordPress itself. It has more to do with the naming and navigation within your website. The most important thing here is how you want to be found by your target group and what your target group is most likely to expect. Only you can actually find out and decide this yourself, which is why it is difficult to give you tips here.

From my point of view, even if I am not your target group, the duplication of terms is a little irritating to read. I would use a simple, concise term like “blog” for what it is (a blog). But as I said, that’s just my opinion. It’s totally up to you how you use the terms.
