If you have deleted it without backup, nobody can help you. You can ask your hosting provider if they can restore your website and database from the offsite server backup.
Usually most of the hosting providers offer daily backup with the hosting plan.
You can copy/paste some of your content into a new site from https://web.archive.org/web/20240325050317/https://portaldanoticia.blog/, assuming you can’t find a backup at your host.
