Add Threads to list of supported social media site

    I’d like to suggest that Threads be added to the list of supported social media sites. The current version of WordPress has the icon already as part of its Social Icons.

    I’d be happy to contribute this if I can get to it before you can. I saw that the source is open. How would I go about making a commit? Would you supply me with creds for the repo or can I send you diffs?

    @ndiego, I went ahead and submitted the PR with both src/ and build/ so you can do what you want with it, but I verified expected functionality manually. Should pass CI. Changelog in readme.txt just needs updating.
