Activating plugin “hides” WP Core 6.2.1 update

Hiya! I noticed today that the update for WP Core 6.2.1 wasn’t showing up on my site. By process of elimination, I found that WP Downgrade is hiding the update message and showing 6.1.1 as the “latest” version of WordPress.
