Description

When a link is set to an Image block, the block cannot be selected "correctly". Specifically, this means:

  • The outline is not displayed when a block is selected.
  • Keyboard operations do not work (Delete key to delete a block or Enter key to add a new paragraph)

This issue was once fixed in #56043. Then, pointer-events:none was then removed in #60305 to make the crop tool work properly. I think this is a regression caused by this.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  • Apply a link to the Image block.
  • Click the Image block with your mouse.
  • The outline is not displayed.
  • Press the Delete or Enter key.
  • Nothing happens.
